Each user may create only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

The mobile number or email address provided when creating an account must be verifiable and active.
Creating an account using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification (KYC)

03 Account Management

User Responsibilities

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials (password and username) completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify support immediately.
Changing your password regularly is recommended for security purposes.
Multiple accounts cannot be operated from the same payment method or device.

Account Suspension or Closure

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
The mobile wallet account used for deposits must be registered in the name of the verified user.
Deposits from third-party wallets will not be accepted and such funds will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile wallet used at the time of deposit.
Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Withdrawals may be on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

Note: b888 typically takes 5–30 minutes to process withdrawals. In exceptional circumstances, this may take longer.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New account holders at b888 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

Each promotion and bonus offer has its own terms, which are disclosed where applicable.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — please check the terms of each offer.
If fraud or bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
b888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Program

b888's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on the player's activity and participation. b888 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

General Rules

All betting and gaming activities on b888 are conducted fairly and transparently. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game.

Once a bet amount is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
b888 is not liable for any payout resulting from a technical error and reserves the right to cancel the relevant transaction.
If an internet connection is lost, the outcome of an ongoing game will be determined according to the server-recorded result.
In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, b888's server logs will be considered the final proof.

Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events:

If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with b888's policy.
A confirmed bet is final with respect to the odds at the time of placement — subsequent changes do not apply.

Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting bonus terms.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.

Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of other users.
